She is making noises like little little what does that mean ?And when i play with or when she plays alone she roll on the floor also whats that? Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 26 days old

Unfortunately, without a video, it is very hard to explain what Nancy may be doing. Kittens love playing and often rolling around on the floor is a very normal behavior. My cats do that all the time.
