My cat is scratching, lazy, not eating, and has scabs. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 year old | 4.409 lbs

My cat has scabs on her nipples and there are red circles around her eyes and she often scratches her face and abdomen.She had matted fur but i have just cut it but she still scratches the area around her nipples and has become very lazy and eats very less.She can't chew her food properly.What should i do?

I would bring Snowy to the vet, as these are a lot of symptoms at once. It is possible there is a food allergy causing the itching and reduction in appetite, there is an underlying illness that needs to be treated, a skin condition such as parasites or bacteria causing distress, or some other underlying issue. A complete exam with your vet can help determine if any of these are possible, and your vet can get started on treatments such as medications, food trials, etc to see if they help.
