My pet bird managed to break both legs(tibia). We took him to the vet and he put on splint. It has been over a month (the splint has been removed) since then he has started walking allmost properly but he can’t seem to bend his claw fully so is there some kind of exercise that has to be done to help him(if so pls suggest) or is there something else that needs to be done?

If he is amenable to being handled you can do range of motion exercises with the foot. That just means gently bending the foot up and down multiple times and repeating this a few times per day. You can also give him just a small amount of aloe vera juice daily.
