My puppy has red bumps and zits on his skin. What should I do?

I have noticed some redness or red tiny zits or acne on skin of my Dante. Its on his head, legs, lips and paws. We have given him a bath with a mixture of oatmeal and sulfur shampoo. We use spot-on monthly which is not due right now. We have dewormed him with dtontal plus. Please advise what to do? Pet's info: Dog | Cane Corso | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 30 days old | 54 lbs

Poor guy. It sounds like Dante has a skin infection, which could be because he is so young and just susceptible to these until his immune system fully develops. Visit your local vet to get him some prescription antibiotics which should clear this right up. I hope that Dante's skin resolves soon! Best of luck moving forward. Take care.
