My puppy vomited white foam, seems fine. Is it concerning? What to do?

My puppy vomited a bubbly white substance just now..only a small amount .. she is fine and do not seem sick ..what shoul I do? Is it concerning???

Any vomiting is concerning. I can give you a home remedy to see if that helps. Feed Honey a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If she refuses to eat the bland diet, she vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away. This is likely to be due either to dietary indiscretion or possibly to a infective gastroenteritis. I would suggest to withhold food for the next 8-12 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice diarrhoea, more vomiting, lethargy or inappetence. Hello, I'm tumi. Please help me. I've got a 7month old puppy. She's sick. She's not eating, she lost weight, she's throwing up and throwing up white foam. She's doesn't run around anymore, she's doesn't even come to me wen I call her. Please help me
Hi there! Sorry to hear that Snoopy is not feeling well. The clinical signs you describe are concerning when they occur in a puppy as they can be seen with serious gastrointestinal infections such as Parvovirus. Other possibilities include intestinal worms and dietary indiscretion, among other possibilities. The sooner these conditions are treated the better the outcome tends to be. This cannot be treated at home without knowing what is going on. For this reason, I recommend that you have Snoopy evaluated by your veterinarian to check for these possibilities and to start therapy based on findings. At the very least they can address dehydration if present and start her on anti-nausea medications. Good luck! Keeping my fingers crossed for your girl!

My dog after eating today began to vomit white dense foam. I gave it proto bismal but it got votmited afret a fue minutes. This happened around 6pm now 9pm she is producing saliva and slightly shaking. She is gloomy and resting beside me.

Male Dachshund - 5 months old He is throwing up white foam last night and won't eat and drink. Is there any home remedy you can advised?
If he is behaving normally otherwise, try withholding food for 12-24 hours. Allow small amounts of water or unflavored PediaLyte. Resume feeding a bland diet in small, frequent amounts. Begin with 1 tablespoon of food every hour and gradually increase the amount if there is no vomiting. Feed bland until there has been no vomiting for 48 hours. Transition slowly to the regular diet afterwards. There are no medications you can give at home nor is it recommended to medicate a pet without the advice of your veterinarian. If vomiting persists, see your veterinarian. If he develops lethargy, diarrhea, loss of appetite or abdominal pain see your veterinarian.

withhold food for 6-8 hours then offer him boiled boneless chicken and rice every 6 hours in small portions. if he is eating and not vomiting, continue with this diet for 2 days. After 2 days, you can put him back gradually on his normal food. If he continues vomiting or is not eating, take him to the vet to get treatment.
