My Shih Tzu's skin wounds got worse after grooming. What can I do?

my shihtzu just had a major grooming 2 days ago. he is currently still shivering and he’s eyes are very droopy unlike the usual. he also has these wounds on his skin before the grooming (which is why we decided to groom him completely in the first place). now, the wound got even worse than before.
