Why is my 5-week-old kitten's poop bloody after eating an egg?

My Cat is a approx 5 Week old kitten , I found her outside my home, it was abandoned by her mother, She is with us from like 2 weeks, She Plays, Meows for anything she need, She know her name, But never vaccinated, I want to know, what process I should follow, And today when she pooped is was blood too, attaching pics for same, plz suggest , Yesterday she Ate Boiled Egg,

If Coco ate boiled egg for the first time yesterday, that could cause the blood in her poop. You should have her seen by a vet in the morning for this, as blood in the poop can be very serious. While there, the vet can estimate her age and discuss when to give her the first vaccine, which is usually at around 6-8 weeks of age. I hope this helps!
