Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Male | neutered | 8 years and 4 months old | 135 lbs
My dog has water brown diarrhea with some blood in it , when he goes it is not uncontrolled diarrhea..vet gave sulfa antibiotics no lab work back yet ...can I give him ammonium...and appetite is jorrible..

I'm thinking that you're asking about Immodium - I don't recommend this medication for dogs. In my experience it doesn't necessarily help with diarrhea and it can cause constipation. If the diarrhea isn't uncontrolled I'd just continue the antibiotics prescribed by your vet and wait for lab results. You might want to try feeding bland diet like boiled chicken breast and white rice if Buddy doesn't have any food sensitivities.
