My spayed female dog has urinary incontinence. How do I treat it?

My female dog of 20kg sterilised in Aug 2018,will turn 4years this year is suffering from urinary incontinence. Small poodle can be seen under her and droplets coming out of her vagina. How to treat please. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 8 months old | 40 lbs
