My spayed female dog has urinary incontinence. How do I treat it?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 3 years and 8 months old | 40 lbs

My female dog of 20kg sterilised in Aug 2018,will turn 4years this year is suffering from urinary incontinence. Small poodle can be seen under her and droplets coming out of her vagina. How to treat please

The medications to treat this issue are vet only medications here in the U.S. I have no idea if these medications are available where you live. You need to speak to a veterinarian there to see what your options are. Here we use phenylpropanolamine (PPA) or diethylstilbestrol (DES). There are not benign medications and dogs need to monitored closely while taking them. The first step is to rule out a urinary infection by having a urine test done.
