My dog has a pink bump on his snout. Is it a wart, acne, or serious?

Scout has had this pink pimple/wart type thing on his snout for around 2 weeks now. Hasnt grown or shrunk. Thought it might be dog acne but wanted to make sure it was nothing serious. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 8 months and 6 days old | 51 lbs

I would not be concerned about this. It looks to be either a papilloma wart or a histiocytoma (benign tumor) both of which are common in young dogs. Usually these things will go away on their own within 4 to 8 weeks. If it gets larger in that a time frame or by 8 weeks it has not gone away then he should see your vet. Hope this helps.
