My turtle's eye has a clear, growing membrane. Is she going blind?

She does not see well, there is a membrane in her eye that prevents her from seeing, since it is clear, she is eating well, but for a time this appeared in her eye and is gradually increasing,There is no doctor in our area specialized in turtles,what should I do

This looks like it could be a cataract, in which case, you cannot do anything about it. It does not look like an injury but of course, without examining her in person I cannot be 100% sure. Other options would be a bacterial or a fungal infection or a dietary deficiency. If you can get Terramycin or Tobramycin eye medication you can try that but honestly, I don't think it is worth the trouble or the stress on her for you to medicate the eye 3-4 times per day. I am fairly confident it is a cataract.

    Thanks for reaching out about your turtle. A wound to the eye and anorexia for several days is worrisome. A veterinary visit is needed to prescribe systemic and ophthalmic antibiotics, at the minimum. Keeping water quality good is very important also, to prevent infection through the damaged eye.
