She doesn't necessarily look unhealthy but she looks like she needs a grooming. Persians have a tendency to have increased ocular discharge and they need the eyes cleaned daily with pet wipes safe to use around the eyes. They also need regular grooming either by a professional groomer or by their owners. Do watch your cat for any signs of red eyes, eyes with green or yellow discharge, squinting the eyes, sneezing or coughing. If you see these signs, your cat may be sick. I hope this helps.
