Can I give my dog Nexgard after Sentinel, even if it's only been 2 weeks?

Hey. I have been giving my dog sentinel chewable for fleas. I don't think it is working so I got nexgaurd instead. It's only been 2 weeks since I gave her the last sentinel dose. Do I have to wait the full month before giving her the nexgaurd? She is just miserable even with daily combing. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 7 months old | 86 lbs
