Can I give my dog Nexgard after Sentinel, even if it's only been 2 weeks?

Hey. I have been giving my dog sentinel chewable for fleas. I don't think it is working so I got nexgaurd instead. It's only been 2 weeks since I gave her the last sentinel dose. Do I have to wait the full month before giving her the nexgaurd? She is just miserable even with daily combing.

We typically recommend waiting 3 weeks between product changes but if she is miserable, you are probably OK to give it to her now. Just be sure you are home to monitor her for any possible reactions. Hope this helps. If you have more questions you can always opt for a private consultation where we can chat back and forth. That way you can ask as many questions as you'd like. Best wishes!
