My puppy has black hard stool, pain, and anemia. What's wrong?

Dear sir from the yestarday my puppy do very little black hard stool and fell pain so today moring we conslut a doctor for anima and she also move downward with there black legs and also behave like fell pain in this back part So sir i wanna know about the h problem plzzz reply faster

Poor Kuky. Given her anemia, I am very worried she may be suffering from a parasitic blood infection or gastrointestinal infection. Please work alongside your vet to ensure she is treated with the proper medications. Try to keep her as comfortable as possible and ensure she is eating and drinking.
