My cat hasn't pooped in 2 days, is this a sign of constipation?

My cat is not doimg pop for 2days is this normal ? I am givimg fibo syrup twice a days. Pet's info: Cat | Persian | Female

Hello. Is Fluffy sitting in the litter box trying to poop? I am not sure what fibo syrup has in it ( tried to research this product & can not find the ingredients ), but we use a product called Miralax here. It is also known as polyethylene glycol 3350. We will give 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon with each meal of wet food. Try to increase fluid intake by offering chicken or beef stocks & broths, tuna water, & of course, fresh water. If Fluffy is eating, give her another 24 hours, but if she does not defecate, she may need professional help & you will need to have her evaluated by your veterinarian.
