My senior dog wakes early to pee. Can medication help with this?

Hello. My 16 year old dog is continuously waking up early in the morning and having to use the bathroom and sometimes doesn’t even bark. I was wondering if there is a medication that can help with this? Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | neutered

Remember, at 16 years old he is very elderly (close to 90 in human years) so many things can start to fail. You really need to take him to a vet for evaluation.
