Dog vomiting for days, now peeing herself. When to see a vet?

My dog has been acting strange for the past 4-5 days she has been throwing up and at first it was chunky and cool of food then it was clear and brown and know she has like peed her self but it’s clear and has no smell and it seemed like she didn’t even notice. Poor Lola. This vomiting isn't normal, and she could have something like a stomach illness, foreign body, pancreatitis, or may have eaten something rotten causing her symptoms. Because she has had these symptoms for 4-5 days, it's time to see the vet. The vet can diagnose what is causing them and can treat her. Please take her into a vet now. Best of luck.
