I found that all the symptoms are very adequate for pyrometra but how come a blood vomiting can be a sign of this condition? At what stage my pug os dealing with this

Hello. The blood in the vomit could be an indication that Candy is developing thrombocytopenia secondary to the infection. Or, she could be going into DIC or Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation. This almost always occurs secondary to some underlying cause, & it results in leakage of vascular tissues. So again, she is very sick & needs attention immediately. Good luck & thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
