Why is my 8-week puppy not eating, has diarrhea, and a red spot?

My 8wk puppy hasn't been eating and has diherra for about a week now. She has all her shots and negative for parvo. I also found a red spot on her belly. Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Female | unspayed

An 8 week old puppy would not have their full set of shots yet. It is hard to make out the photo, but it looks like that may be a wound or some sort of injury. If Lilly is also refusing to eat and has been ill for over a week, it is best to seek veterinary care in person ASAP, especially since puppies this young can go downhill very quickly.
