My dog's tail is low. Is it related to eating dirt or throwing up?

My dog's tail has been low all day. Even during her walk, and she's a beagle! She ate some dirt out of plants we are growing yesterday, but she threw up the day before. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | spayed | 23 lbs

I don't know that the tail and the vomiting are related. The tail could have a muscle strain. If it isn't back to normal in a day or two, I would have her evaluated by the vet. If the vomiting was just once and Lilly is back to eating normally, then I am not too concerned.
