My dog is vomiting blood and has bloody stool. Is it an emergency?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 8 months old | 76 lbs

Hii ! I have a 5 year old male GSD , he was acting quite strange since morning, he has been puking all day, saw some pathes of blood in his vomit. He couldnt even digest water, he vomitied that too. At night when i took him for his daily routine(poop time), saw thick jelly like blood in his stool. Please help me as during the Lockdown period his regualr vet is not in town and we are not alloed to go out. He is not eating anything since morning n is very weak.

This is an emergency. Your dog could be suffering from a foreign body obstruction or hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. Not all veterinarians in Gurgaon are closed. You should at least call some of the veterinary hospitals to find out if they treat emergencies.
