Hello. In a very young kitten, this would typically indicate a respiratory tract infection. This may be viral, bacterial , a combination, or fungal. Very young kittens can deteriorate quickly if they are sick so it would be highly recommended to have your veterinarian examine the kitten ASAP to determine what treatment is needed. Respiratory infections are extremely common in kittens and can often cause congestion and wheezing, so it's likely that this may be the problem - if so, it should be treatable with antibiotics. I would recommend having Adolf examined by a vet as soon as you are able to. If he does have an infection, your vet will prescribe antibiotics to treat it which should resolve the wheezing :)
