My dog has a sore for 3 days. Is it a pimple or serious?

Wondering if I should take my dog in or just keep an eye on this sore. It is day 3 and it does not seem to bother her except if I try and touch it. Not sure if its an ingrown hair or something else. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 4 years and 9 months old | 48 lbs

It does look like a pimple/pustule. I would not be overly concerned. It may go away on it's own. I recommend you use these medicated pads on the affected area once a day until healed.
