My Dachshund is coughing, has green snot, bloody stool, no energy.

Dachshund has cough and lots of green shot from nose also gone off food eating very little. Not as energetic as normal still going out to do his business but noticed a little blood in his stools. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund | Male
