My dog has scabs in her ears. What's causing them and what can I do?

Hello, my 3 years old Schnauzer mini has scabs in both her ears and I am concerned as I never saw anything like this before. Can I ask for an advice what to do?

This can be a sign of an ear infection. Luna could be scratching at her ears causing them to bleed then scab. Ear infections in dogs can be caused by yeast or bacteria. I would have her seen by a vet today to get this diagnosed and treated. Any ear problem needs to be checked out promptly by a vet as leaving it untreated can lead to hearing loss. I hope this helps!
