My dog has stomach problem. I can hear loud gurgling sounds. I would rub her tummy when she’s lying down and suddenly my dog would jump up really fast in upright position. What should I do? It is really worrying me. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | unspayed | 6 lbs
