My dog's broken leg healed, but metal is visible. Should I worry?

My dog has a broken leg and we fixed that but due to the quarantine we toke the ditches out ourselves and after the healing process the injured leg has now a spot that shows the metal inside what do I doooooo ?? Pet's info: Dog | Dogo Argentino | Female | spayed | 1 year old | 44 lbs

Joy needs to go back to the vet ASAP. Depending on the type of surgical fix, the pin may need to be removed if it is backing out of the bone. Or it may need to have another surgery to repair the skin.
