My dog ate chicken & rice with onion/garlic powder & wine. Is it toxic?

Pet's info: Dog | Scottish Terrier | Female | spayed | 5 years and 2 months old | 28 lbs

my kid just feed a small amount of rice and a piece of chicken to the dog but the chicken and rice were cooked with onion and garlic powder and the rice was cooked in addition to some wine. will the dog die

No, she will not die. These kind of powders contain small quantity of onion and garlic, usually way below toxic dose for dogs. So, your Xena may develop mild gastroenteritis (maybe a vomit and/or loose stools) but otherwise she will not get into any serious problems.
