My German shepherd dog, 11 months old had an accident which led to dislocation of his leg.A surgery was conducted and now after3 months of the surgery the surgical wound was open at a small portion and puss and blood started coming. We used almost all antibiotics and even reopened the wound at hospital. There were signs of infections caused by the screw implanted in his leg. Thus doctor cleaned the puss and he was sent home again. But now the puss and blood comes again.what else can be the reasons?

Unfortunately I'd guess that this is an implant failure, and the symptoms may not resolve until the screw is removed. I'd recommend rechecking with your vet to see what they would recommend next. It's possible that a different surgical procedure will need to be performed, or your vet might want to try getting a culture of the wound and a longer course of antibiotics.
