Our dog has been vomiting for 10 hours and has body shakes. She is willing to drink water but cannot keep it down. Our other 2 dogs seem fine. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 40 lbs

I'm sorry to hear that CC is not well. Vomiting for 10 hours is pretty serious so I suggest you take her to an ER vet right away. Vomiting is a very non-specific symptom so I really can't tell you why she is vomiting but intractable vomiting is not good. She will need to be examined in person by a vet.
