Are dark bumps on my dog after a matted haircut blocked follicles?

Pet's info: Dog | Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 6 months old | 44 lbs

Hi I was just wondering what these are in my dog, they don’t seem to be causing her any harm, she has recently just had a hair cut as she was quite matted so wondering wether it would be a blocked hair follicle or something

They look like they could be benign cysts but the color of them is a bit off. Any dark masses like this should be examined by your vet. Not an emergency but try to get her in for an exam in the next few days.
