My dog is limping on his front leg after jumping. What should I do?

I have a 5 year old corgi/chihuahua mix that likes to sit on the arms of chairs. Today, he jumped off of one and started crying when he landed, favoring his front right leg. He is able to put some weight on it, but limps. He whimpers a bit if you get anywhere near his leg. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 6 years and 3 months old | 19 lbs
