Can a bone get stuck in a cat for three months?

Yes, I suppose it is possible. Once the bone makes it out of the stomach, it is not exposed to a lot of acid which is what would normally break it down. It can also get lodged in the roof of the mouth. I'm not sure if this completely answers your question so feel free to expand. I hope this helps.
