Seizures in cats are not normal and are very serious. There could be an underlying medical problem or this may be from a toxin ingestion. I'm not sure what to tell you do as I have no idea what products/medications you have available to you. The cat should see a vet. You can try giving her some milk if she will drink it. DO NOT force it down her throat. If it is a toxin ingestion that may help.
