How to treat my dog's yellow/green crusty eye infection at home?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 11 years and 4 months old | 32 lbs

Both of my dogs eyes are infected I believe they have yellow/green puss and get “crusty”!!! Is there anyway I can treat this at home during quarantine no vets around me are open. Thank you for your help!

Green/yellow, thick discharge strongly suggest bacterial conjunctivitis. You can clean the eyes with warm water and cotton buds twice a day, it should give Cooper some relief. However, bacterial infection needs antibiotics treatment to resolve, so you will need to try and get your dog seen by a vet as soon as they open.
