My kitten in heat has lumps on her nipples and belly. Is this normal?

Pet's info: Cat | British Longhair | Female | unspayed

Hi, my 8 month old kitten has just come into heat. I have only just started to feel her nipples and one of them has a lump underneath, i have also found a lump inbetween her legs which isnt under a nipple. They are rather big and on of them seems to have got bigger in the past two days. She does not go out so isnt pregnant.

That may be normal swelling from being in heat but I really cannot tell you without examining her myself. I would be somewhat concerned about these since one lump is not associated with a mammary gland. It is best to have her examined in person by your vet.
