My dog vomited after deworming and is in heat. Should I worry?

After having dinner 1 hr later I gave deworming tablet to dog, but 1.5 hr later she vomited , she is also on her 2nd heat 4 day, why is it so. Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 1 year and 3 months old | 66 lbs

Just like humans, there are many many causes of vomiting and some of the causes can be very serious. It could be related to the worming pill. If Alexa continue vomiting beyond 24 hours, she should be examined by the veterinarian.
