My 3-year-old duck can't walk or eat. What's wrong with her health?

Hello, My 3 years old duck cannot walk. She eats too little. She started lame with one leg and then she finally cannot walk. I gave her vitamins and plus antibiotic injection. but no advance at all. I though bumblefoot but it is very little dot like on one leg and Vet told me it is not due to it. I dont know what else she can have. nothing works to her. Pet's info: Bird | Duck | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 10 months old
