My puppy is screaming in pain and having spasms after ivermectin.

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 5.5 lbs

2.5 month old puppy screaming in pain and having spasms in the front leg. Symptoms such as lethargy started on day 3 of taking ivermectin for hair loss and skin disease.Ivermectin was prescribed by a veterinarian.Not sure if Ivermectin is the reason for the condition but there is nothing else I can think of.The puppy is in serious pain and crying all the time.

Ivermectin generally causes neurological problems such as stumbling and seizures. I recommend to have Bison examined asap. He could have a pinched nerve or compressed disc in his back or even a fracture. He needs and exam and likely x-rays. Poor pup! I hope he gets this addressed quickly and gets relief!
