Sudden onset of limp in right front leg, esp noticeable after resting but gets less obvious as he walks. No swelling felt & no painspots.Vet xrayed his wrist&paw and found very minor swelling. Prescribed meloxicam but the limp returned after course.2nd time he prescribed meloxicam + prednesolone, gave stomach ulcers and limp returned.3rd time he gave just prednesolone but limp returned after course again.Vet insists no need to examine elbow/shoulder.Vet clueless pls advice

It's hard for me to say what could be going on without examining Oskar and seeing the x-rays. My concern in a Rottweiler that has persistent limping despite anti-inflammatories would be osteosarcoma, a bone cancer. I would recommend discussing additional diagnostics with your vet, including repeat x-rays, and possibly a biopsy or CT scan.
