Why are all my dogs sick with vomiting, diarrhea, and not eating?

My girl has been sick for 3 days now. Started with no eating and now has some diarrhea and is throwing up it's a yellow foam. It started in my youngest puppy and now all my dogs are this way, though the youngest who had it first is all better, but the others are taking longer to recover it seems, they do still drink water, their nose is still cool to the touch but dry. No blood that I have seen. What do you think this is? Will they all recover like the youngest and she is 5 months old. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 2 months old | 50 lbs
