Newborn kitten's cut paw is swollen and tripled in size. What now?

Question

My newborn kitten cut its paw all the way around the foot off it’s cage. We have been trying to keep it clean and putting antibiotic ointments on it but it has tripled in size and I am so so worried. What could I do ? The kitten itself is very healthy and seems to be growing well. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 4 days old

This can no longer be treated at home and is now a medical emergency. He has to see a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies.
