My cat's eye is swollen, bulging, tearing, with white goo. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 2 years and 3 months old | 16 lbs

Hello my cats right eye is swollen there is a Lower bulge under almost to the side of his eye. Lots of tears and a white goey substance touching the eye on the lower line. What is this and how can it be treated? Any suggestions?

Poor Leo. He could have injured his eye or have a severe eye infection. Any eye infection is an emergency because leaving it untreated can lead to vision loss. Please take him into a vet immediately to have this diagnosed and treated. Best of luck.
