I cut my dog's quick. It's bleeding again. Will her paw get infected?

I cut my dogs quick, so I stopped the bleeding and kept her off her feet for 30 mins. About 2 hours later I took her to play in the backyard, and her paw started bleeding a little again. I washed her right after ans bandaged it. Will it get infected? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 11 lbs

Hello. It is very unlikely an infection will occur. You could gently wash the area a couple of times a day with a mild antibacterial soap & rinse thoroghly & it will toughen up in a few days. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
