Hiya, I have three year old Maltese, earlier on I noticed a small lump, almost looks like a zit near his privates , should I be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Male | unneutered | 3 years and 2 months old

Hi and thanks for posting. I wouldn't worry too much unless it is red, inflamed, itches, has discharge coming it or if you notice it getting larger or other similar lesions appear. Then it is time to see your veterinarian to get it checked out.
