My dog has Cushing's. Can I get Vetoryl refill without a new vet?

My brothers dog Riscoe has Cushing's. He's vet died at end of January and he needs vetoryl. Is there a way or place he can get refill without getting to a new vet at this time? He has major heart issues?

Normally the answer is no. However, with COVID, some states are relaxing their laws surrounded a valid client patient relationship. I recommend to reach out to a local veterinary clinic. They will be most familiar with the situation in your state and what, if any, options you have. I hope this helps.
