My dog has Cushing's. Can I get Vetoryl refill without a new vet?

My brothers dog Riscoe has Cushing's. He's vet died at end of January and he needs vetoryl. Is there a way or place he can get refill without getting to a new vet at this time? He has major heart issues? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 13 years and 1 month old
