today i saw there were many small orange “balls” in my dog’s poop resembling fish roe (we have no fish roe at our house)- what is this and what should I do about it?

That sounds odd. The only things that come to mind are tapeworm segments or something that Snowy ate like a toy or some sort of berries. Check his environment and his toys for anything that fits the description. Also you may post a photo of the orange objects. Lastly, if you suspect worms, call your veterinarian for medication. I hope this helps.
