Why is my senior poodle stiff, struggling to walk, and neck pain?

My 14 yr old poodle is being stiff, he has trouble walking, he stops walking after a few steps, and he won’t turn his neck much. He is drinking water and eating. Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Male | neutered | 20 lbs

I recommend he sees his veterinarian for an exam very soon to help pinpoint where the pain in coming from. Your vet may recommend x-rays or other imaging to help get a better idea of what the cause is so he can get the treatment he needs to start feeling better.
