Hi and thanks for posting. A picture alone is not enough to say whether or not she is healthy. A physical exam is necessary to help determine the health status of Vivi. I cannot make out what is on her paws. From the picture, it looks a little like dirt or some other debris but an up close picture of her paws may give a better idea.
