Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered | 45 lbs
My roommate's shtzu named Gordo has been very lethargic, sleeping in the bathroom on the tile floor (he usually plays and runs around and sleeps with her in bed) and vomited twice today after 'groaning'. He's had the lethargy and need for tile for 2 days, but only vomited today. He's still drinking a little water and eating very little food. The vomit was mostly foam. We can't get him out to a vet right now unless it's an emergency since Minneapolis is under lock-down & only the U of M vet is in

Poor Gordo! I can give a home remedy for him to see if that helps. Withhold food tonight, then feed a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in his normal diet. If the vomiting continues in the absence of food, he refuses to eat the bland diet, he vomits the bland diet, develops diarrhea, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, he will need to see a vet right away. Best of luck.
